Depending on the selected rate, reservations may be subject to either a flexible or a non-refundable cancellation policy. Cancellation policy
For reservations made under a flexible rate, cancellations submitted more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
Cancellations received within 24 hours prior to arrival, as well as in cases of no-show, will result in a charge of the full reservation amount.
For non-refundable reservations, the total reservation amount will be charged in all circumstances, including cancellation, modification or no-show, in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of booking.
